Day Number Two

If you are wondering what happened to day one well, day one was yesterday. Yesterday I spent about 32 minutes on the Wii Fit. I did Advanced Aerobics and Rhythm Boxing and some Yoga and Strength exercises. At first I was okay, but then when I went to take some night Theology classes I am taking I started to feel the pain. The pain was, and still is, in my thighs and my abdomen. I went on to sleep and I felt pain. I woke up and I felt pain. I went to school and felt pain all day. But don't take me wrong, I like this pain. This pain is a symbol of my new beggining in excersise. It feels like the pain I felt in my thigs four days after Christmas when I did lunges. But lets talk about today.

Today I went to school feeling pain. I felt pain everytime I tried to move and I kept groaning when I had to stand up or sit down or bent down to get something. After school I got home and around 5 P.M. I started in the Wii Fit. Today I mostly did Aerobics to burn off fat and a bit of the other excersices. When I worked out I didn't feel pain but everytime I stopped the pain returned. I did 31 minutes continuisly and then took a 5-10 minute break. After the break I went on to do a Rhythm Boxing routine that took up thirteen minutes. Then I stopped using the Wii Fit for a while. I went on the TV and put a Movie and started walking for about 40 minutes. After the walk I went on to do Yoga, Balance and Strenght for 19 Minutes. Which when added up totals 1:43 minutes of work out. Not bad, I know. I had nothing else to do, LOL. SO then I went on to do a Body Test. I weighed 257.9 (in the beggining I weighed myself and weighed 259.9) which means so far I've "lost" 2 pounds. Tomorrow, I'll do another routine and see how I end up. And now unto the Stats & Info.
